At Kieron Edwards Construction and Development, we provide the best construction services by focusing on trust whilst delivering a mastery level workmanship every time. We subcontract some of the best construction workers around the area and we’re always on the lookout for people who can bring their skills to the team.

Our recruitment process

Location – We are currently looking for Bricklaying teams in Leicester and the surrounding areas

Description of the job – The site is a private build consisting of 15 houses, with ready mixed mortar and the insulation will be blown in

Team size – x2 Bricklaying teams 2+1

Experience – NVQ Level 2 or higher

Rate of pay – Day rate/price per thousand

Bonus – Short- and long-term incentives will be given for the right teams. For example, when short term targets are met, you will receive a cash bonus, and the long-term target is if you work with us for 5 years, I will pay for your team to go on a short city break, such as Barcelona for 3 nights

Requirements – You must have a CSCS Card and you must have your own tools

References – We require two references

Pictures – Where possible we would like to see pictures of previous work you have carried out

FAQs

What will my standard working hours be?

Working hours are 7:00am-17:00pm

Do I provide my own PPE?

You are responsible for your own health and safety, so wear the correct PPE for the correct task you are doing. You will also need to ensure that you have Public Liability Insurance before you begin work.

Do you provide my uniform?

I will provide your work uniform, so make sure you wear it and look after it.
