Going The Extra Mile

Sadly it’s not uncommon for my clients to be let down by other builders...

These are the photos from an extension project that I worked on with a friend of mine. The original plan was that I would do the bricklaying and my friend would handle the rest of the project. But sadly my friend let me and the client down and wasn’t around to finish the rest of the build.

I couldn’t leave my client in that situation so I took over the rest of the project as a gesture of goodwill. I arranged a carpenter to put the roof on and gave the client a contact to sort the windows out.

At the end of the day, doing what’s right by my clients is my main priority, even if it means more work for me.
